With an aim to provide an insight on “Self and Organizational Development”, Dr. Naveen Gupta, Director, Hindustan Institute of Management and Computer Studies (HIMCS) organized a one day employee development programme. 25 in-house staff members of Hindustan Campus were the beneficiaries of the one day SDP programme. This SDP was organized in joint collaboration with Association of Indian Management Schools UP and UK Chapter and National Chamber of Industries & Commerce.
Program Director and Resource Person Dr. Naveen Gupta started his session with an ice breaking exercise. The participants were very enthusiastic and had the enthusiasm to learn. He also talked about the Johari Window and mentioned its application in understanding self and others. HAS analysis was another tool for knowing hope, areas of improvement and strength. Such programs are necessary not only for the purpose of NAAC but also to understand how to work so that we can increase our productivity.
During the SDP, Dr. Rajeev Upadhyay, Director, HCST shared his views on increasing employability. Deputy Registrar SGI Shri Manish Gupta also participated in this SDP and wholeheartedly appreciate the efforts of Dr. Naveen Gupta.
Certificate distribution ceremony took place at the end of the program. After certificate distribution participants shared their learning in the form of feedback.
The faculty coordinators were Dr. Abhilasha Singh Raghav, Dr. Riju Agarwal Singh, Dr. Shantanu Kumar Sahu and Dr. Gunjan Bhatnagar. Aman, Atulya, Raveena and Siddharth were present as student coordinators.
