12 students of Hindustan College of Science and Technology brought laurels to the institution by obtaining more than 8 SGPA in the second year-fourth semester examination results announced by Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Dr. Tiwari,Controller of Examinations said that Raghav Garg, a student of the Department of Computer Science, has topped the institute with 8.65 SGPA, while Piyusha Varshney of Information Technology is second in the institute with 8.47 SGPA and Gaurav Jain of Computer Science and Electronics third in the institute with 8.46 SGPA. Chanchal Chauhan of Department of Science and Communication stood fourth with 8.44 SGPA.He told that Antara Basanl and Divya Singh (8.23), Ovesh Raza (8.18), Piyush Lavania (8.16) of Mechanical Department, and Sanjana Aggarwal (8.11) of Biotechnology Department, students of Computer Science Department, Chirag of Computer Science Department.Ramani and Harshita Nagar (8.05), Aniket and Shruti Agarwal (8) made the institute proud by achieving SGPA.The director of the institute, Dr. Rajeev Kumar Upadhyay, while congratulating all the students who have brought laurels to the institute by getting more than 8 SGPA, motivated them to continue on the same path in the future as well and wished them good luck for this good result.
