Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is is a discipline of engineering that applies the principles of physics and materials science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering seeks to provide more accessible and quality education and training to manufacturing or production personnel to meet the real work needs of the manufacturing or production industry and prepare them for the changes in techniques, technologies, markets and employment patterns.

Course Intake of Diploma (ME) is 60 seats.

  • Aspiring students should have completed 10th class or its equivalent examination.
  • The student must have studied English as one of the subjects in Class X.

Lateral Entry in Engineering Diploma: – Student must have secured >80% from CBSE/ISC Board and >75% from UP Board /State Board in 12th Class.

>=70% or equivalent Grade in 10th class for Diploma in Engineering AND in 12th Class for Diploma in Pharmacy from UP Board /State Board.

#Group reserves the right to amend policy time to time

(*) All merit scholarships to be continued in subsequent years only for those maintaining minimum 80% class attendance in the previous year (both the semesters). It is mandatory & will not be relaxed under any circumstances.

(**) The merit scholarship for 2nd year onward will be continued only if the scholar secures minimum eligible marks in the Ist years (or previous year) as mentioned in above schedule in minimum eligibility marks “criteria for continuation of scholarship” column or more marks in aggregate in each of the semester examinations, which determines his/her promotion to next higher class/year. In case of non fulfilment of minimum eligible marks criteria in Ist year / subsequent years the scholarship will be cancelled for the next year. A Scholarship once cancelled shall not be renewed or restored under any circumstances.
